Water, left to its own devices, can cause considerable damage such as wood rot, roof damage, foundation problems and flooding. In fact, over 80% of home flooding can be directly linked to clogged, damaged or poor gutters! The Gutter Goat does a full cleaning and tightening of your gutters every time we do a cleaning. We also go over a thorough 'check-list' that will ensure your system is performing at optimum efficiency. If it isn't, we will leave detailed recommendations for you. We will also check your roof and chimney condition!
Seasonal Gutter Cleaning
The Gutter Goat offers you the opportunity to pre-register for your seasonal cleaning(s). You have the option to register for 1x or 2x a year. We clean mid-June through July for after the Spring seeds etc have fallen & in the Fall we pass when the majority of leaves are down.
The Gutter Goat recommends 2x a year as Spring seeds can really clog!
No Appointments. We pass at the appropriate time, do the cleaning and leave invoice in your mailbox.
Note : remember to register at the end of the year for the following year! You must renew annually.
